Job Type: Part-Time, Seasonal to start. Opportunity for Full Time based on performance

Job Description:

We are seeking energetic and outgoing Event Workers/Business Development Representatives to join our team at 247 Roofing. As an Event Worker, you will represent our company at various seasonal home shows and community events in the Pittsburgh area, engaging with potential customers and generating leads. This position requires availability on nights and weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with event attendees to promote our products/services and generate leads
• Set up and maintain an attractive and inviting booth or display area
• Collect customer information and follow up with leads in a timely manner
• Represent the company in a professional and enthusiastic manner
• Travel to event locations within the Pittsburgh area and be compensated on a mileage basis

Requirements:

• Availability to work nights and weekends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus

Compensation:

• Hourly pay PLUS commission for leads generated
• Mileage compensation for travel to event locations
